John Waters Blewett, 34, builder, resident Saint Minver, son of Gabriel Blewett, builder, married Anna Jane Brewer, 25, resident Saint Minver, daughter of John Brewer, shipowner on 15 October 1861 at the parish church of Saint Minver. Witnesses: J Randall, Wm H Coleman.
John Randall was Anna's maternal grandfather (Ancestry family tree). Her father died the year before her marriage, and when the 1861 census was taken she was living in the household of her widowed stepmother, Cecilia Brewer, in Saint Minver.
