AFTER fourteen clear days from the publication hereof application will be made to the Supreme Court that PROBATE of the WILL dated the 3rd day of January, 1941 of NORMAN LESLIE MORGAN, formerly of 31 Valiant street, Abbotsford, but late of the Australian Imperial Forces, soldier, deceased, may be granted to the PUBLIC TRUSTEE for Victoria, he having been authorised to make such application by Ivy May Currie (in the will referred to as Mrs. T. Currie) the executor appointed by the said will.
