I do hereby give you notice that I intend to erect cottage of brick & stone cottage for John Waters Blewett in King William street near "Shropshire Arms" and that I John Waters Blewett of same place to be the builder of the works to be executed, and that the said work will be begun on the 25th day of January at nine o'clock in the forenoon.
